I’ve been using State Choice for over a year now and they’ve never disappointed. They’re always accessible and extremely helpful, even at moments notice. Even just recently I worked with Mason, one of their customer service representatives, and he made sure everything was taken care of and he was polite, professional and friendly while doing so. Couldn’t recommend State Choice more!

Great customer service. I called in for a quote and heard back within an hour! They offered multiple payment options and even spent the time helping me set up my paperless discount. They also had an app where I could pull up my ID card and coverages whenever I needed. Highly recommend!

I have been using State Choice for a couple of occasions. I cannot give them more starts because there is not more to rate them! Been using Roberta for my insurance needs, as well for my company, my family insurance and their companies. She is super helpful, responds usually very fast and explains every detail and is never bothered to explain me all the details of my policies and always makes sure to answer all my questions even when they are pretty obvious! Will still use their services for all my accounting/insurance needs! 5/5!

Very impressed with the professionalism from everyone we interacted with at this agency. You can tell they care about making sure your business is insured properly. They offer so many options and companies that the rates and coverage are always superior to other agencies. They will save you money and more importantly time. They do a great job with all types of personal insurance too!

Been doing our taxes with StateCoice for over a decade now. Always very satisfied with the service and the owners are genuinely nice people. From what I see from all the insurance reviews on here I'm going to get a quote from these guys since they've been great with the tax service and my auto policy is up for renewal this month.

Marianna has been my agent for about 1 1/2 years, and I've been with State Choice for 3 1/2 years for home and auto insurance. She is quick to reply and has never dropped a ball. She researches my options ahead of renewal and lets me know if I still have the best policy. I ask a lot of questions about policy details and pricing, and she's always happy to explain how things work. I've had a baby during this time, and she has patiently fielded phone calls from me with him fussing in the background. She's pleasant to work with, too. It's nice to do business with good people. When I started with State Choice, I had a great agent who sold me insurance for my first home. Then I got assigned to a not-so-hot agent who failed to update our new roof after I sent documentation, costing us money that year. Then she left, and I was assigned to another agent for about 6 months. Then another agent for a question here or there. After 4 agents in less than 2 years, I almost left. But since Marianna, I'm glad I stuck around. I'll be here as long as she is.
